Active in the 1970s and 1980s, Oleg was simultaneously briefing Reagan, Thatcher and Gorbachev and may have prevented all-out war during Abel Archer 83.  Best of all, he was the subject of a thrilling exfiltration from Soviet Russia.  The after show begins at 1hr 20m.
