Hey guys, I love the respectful discussion and arguments made on bot sides.
Ok, gonna talk Sansa. I don’t think they had to rape her at all. In that room ,anything could have happened. Here are 2 options I came up with (if I can come up with these, certainly experienced writers could do better). Here goes…
Ramsey was always goin to be unpleasant (to say the least). He could have been psychologically tormenting her before sex. Something along the lines of “you’ll give me many children… With the blood of Stark and BOLTON.” Gross and horrible, his family killed her brother and mother.
Or She could have tried to manipulate him. The one seeming weak spot about Ramsey is that he has only recently been legitimized and with their marriage he has gained freakin Stark bride for god sake. Sansa could have played up his need for approval and power. He could have pushed her on the bed and when he’s not looking, we see her defiant, “you’re gonna get whts coming to you” look.

Funny how one of the worst episodes of the show produced one of the most interesting/thought-provoking VoK. Great podcast! Inkasrain’s rant about Sansa hit every nail on every head.
